This means that when you book with us, your are protected by the travel industry rules. When you pay for your holiday the money is deposited in a trust account and cannot be used by the company until you have had your holiday!

On receipt of your signed booking form and payment of you deposit, we will send you full written confirmation of your holiday details. Chamonix Ski Chalets acts as a Tour Operator with respect to your booking, but we are still a small and friendly company!
