How does Chamonix Chalets work?

Chamonix Chalets is an chalet agency that has handpicked and vetted the best properties in and around the Chamonix Valley to list and advertise the property on behalf of the property owner. When we receive an enquiry from a client we confirm availability and pricing from the owners and pass this information onto the client. If you would like to proceed with booking the desired property we will supply the relevant details so that both you and the property owner can liaise directly. For this process Chamonix Chalets receives commission from the property owners for providing an accommodation booking, not from the customer.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Chamonix Chalets uphold stringent privacy processes to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Personal data will be safeguarded in line with the Data Protection Act of 1998. Only on confirmation of the desire to book a property will information be disclosed having received permission from the client to do so. We may also use information you have supplied us to provide additional services you have requested or the seasonal courtesy email from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

How do I enquire about a property?

There is an online enquiry form at the bottom of each property page which is quick and simple to complete. When providing details for your please ensure that any essential details regarding your stay is included so that we can propose the best and most suitable property choices for your holiday needs.

What is the booking process?

Once you have informed Chamonix Chalets your intention to book accommodation of a particular property we will exchange your details with the Property manager’s contact and booking details. You will be contacted directly by the property owner and guided through the booking process. Booking processes and small print can vary from one property to the next.

Have you got a refund / cancellation policy?

The booking, refund and cancellation process remains within the agreed contract held between the client and the property owner. Please refer to the contract for more details.
